1st level help-desk agent

What we count on you:


·     You will need to help to solve the IT problems of users and if necessary, pass the question to the second level of support;

·     You must contact the computer users of our partner companies by via and e-mail;

·     Record the process as you solve the issue and administer it precisely;

·     Escalates calls within stated guidelines;

·     Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries;

·     Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.


Knowledge and Experience


·     Typically high school qualified with or without a relevant technical qualification or work experience;

·     High level foreign language knowledge: English and French.
